Alora Wilder is a mental health counselor with a passion for innovative therapies. Equine therapy has become increasingly recognized as an effective modality in mental healthcare, and as a lifelong horse girl, Alora embraced it as a core component of her practice.

Ms. Wilder facilitates healing through the bond between horses and humans, helping her clients manage anxiety, depression and trauma, whether from a one-time event or experiences built up over time. Alora’s approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices, and the thing she values most in a therapeutic relationship is connection. She works alongside her co-therapist, Huck the Horse, personalizing each session for a compassionate and transformative experience.

Alora provides a safe space to explore coping mechanisms and growth opportunities. Her clients are the real experts in their own healing, but Alora provides the tools and support to successfully navigate the journey.
